It's gratifying to see & hear this wonderful swing music on the Interenet. It's something you never hear on Am or FM radio anymore. Thank you. God be with you.

I agree. And the great thing about this site is that they will take your requests and put up the kind of music and shows that you ask for. I think that the more big band, swing, and jazz, the better!

Absolutely thrilled and knocked out by the quality of what I'm hearing, musically and technically (considering). After collecting BG broadcasts for nearly 40 years it's difficult to discover "new" things but I seem to be encountering at least a few very scarce items here, a great and rare treat indeed. Please, whenever you can, put up the hard-to-find segments of this unique and wonderful American music by the past, present and future King of Swing. If possible it'd really be great to hear the Caravans from July 20th and 27th of '37. Among other exciting "one-offs" on these episodes there are full-band versions of "The Sheik of Araby," "Smiles," "They Can't Take That Away From Me" (with a vocal by Betty Van), and a swing version of "After the Ball" with famed character actor Charles Ruggles guest-vocalizing! What fun. And wonderful music. Thank you so much. What can I do to help? Let me know.

Hi,
Thanks for your great comment about "The King of Swing" Benny Goodman. I have added two Benny Goodman tracks here today to the Blogcast, and also 162 Benny Goodman Jazz tracks to the website. Thanks again. We are always delighted to find fellow jazz lovers...

I really felt so happy to hear these word and music. I return to my childhood when my dear father turned on his radio in 1950 an so on, and I begun to learn about it. It is a success! I am 65 and I enjoy, and enjoyed Swing, Jazz, and blues. It is a prayer that you are on the Internet. Thanks, and sorry for my English.
